A Yoga and Wine Experience
We offer customized tours for small groups that would like a day long experience. We normally visit two boutique wineries with an exceptional detailed and tasteful itinerary. You can also choose our four hour Yoga and Wine Experience at Medlock Ames Ranch limited to 10 guests. It’s a four-hour delight that you can book directly through our online booking calendar below.
We see a tremendous disconnect in today’s world with regard to relationships with alcohol. Most people use it as a numbing agent or as an ineffective stress handler.
At Atmani Tours we practice yoga first to enhance all our senses so you can better taste the rich depths in the wines. You will learn the ancient and sacred way of drinking wine. You will experience a wine ritual that honors the element of fire and how we use its power for a deeper connection with life itself. At Atmani we believe that your best experience is when you get to meet the people behind the wine label and share moments together- with the owners and wine makers. We get to hear their unique stories and taste their passion.
This is a true community and friendship- building tour.
What to expect?
"Hermine's wine tours are full of energy and enlightenment! She takes you on a delightful journey through the history of Sonoma County, and educates you on the differences between all the different wines you encounter. I recommend starting the day off with an hour of yoga - it really cleared my head and heightend my senses so I was ready to take on the day! All in all, this was by far the most fun I've ever had on a wine tour!"
"Hermine is the absolute best guide... she knows the great little nooks hidden in the hillsides. From the time she picked us up until she dropped us off early evening we were smitten. Beautiful views, grapes, bubbles, organic foods, and laughter among precious moments of relaxation and serenity. Frankly, I can't wait to do another tour with her. Fabulous, 5+ Stars!"
"I arranged a trip for 30 of my classmates in our school's wine enthusiast club at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Hermine was an absolutely amazing tour guide with great energy. The seamless experience of going to three spectacular wineries was by far the highlight of our trip. Hermine is super knowledgable not just about wine and varieties but also about the land, history and geography of Sonoma county. I honestly could not have asked for a better day and rested easy knowing that Hermine had everything under control with our large and demanding group. A+ execution. I know several participants have already begun booking smaller tours with Atmani and can't wait to be back myself!"

What to Bring
Like the Mediterranean, Sonoma Country has wet, mild winters and warm dry summers. Even in the winter, days can reach a high in the 50ºs F (17º C). A maritime layer of low clouds and fog often moves inland during the night and retreats in mid-morning. Summer evenings are usually quite cool. We recommend packing shorts, short and long-sleeve shirts, comfortable shoes and light dresses in the summer and more layers in the fall and winter when temperatures, especially in the evenings, tend to be cooler.
We recommend bringing outfits with layers. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses to help shade you from the warm Sonoma sunshine.
